During an Iboga Retreat at Hacienda Noah, our Medicine Man Liam, will lead a sacred Iboga ceremony in the tradition he was taught in Africa by the 10th generation Bwiti shaman who served as his teacher. ake take the root bark of the Tabernathe Iboga plant prepared just as the Bwiti have been doing for hundreds of years. during a sacred ceremony led by our own medicine man, Liam, who was trained in Gabon Africa by 10th generation Bwiti Shaman, Moughenda Mikala . Relax in one of our 7 casitas all thoughtfully planned with the comfort of our guests in mind. Everything at Hacienda Noah has either been completely refurbished or newly built, so from air conditioning and premium linens to private bathrooms and hot showers our guests feel they are being well cared for. While quaint, Hacienda Noah also bathes our guests in luxury, comfort and ease. After your ceremonies, or day at the beach it will be a joy to retire to your private casita where you can unwind and integrate your experience, waking up to the warm sun and the cheerful melodies of tropical birds.

Coaching & Integration

Our Medicine Man, Liam, was trained by a 10th generation Bwiti Shaman in the Missoko tradition. He will offer you the ancient wisdom and compassionate guidance known to the Bwiti for thousands of years. With the added support of our Integration Specialist, Evening, you will be inspired to delve deeply into your own personal journey and your life will forever benefit from this effort.

The fire talk, led by our Iboga provider and Medicine Man, Liam, is an intimate campfire gathering under the stars, with the sounds of the jungle as your backdrop. As Bwiti music plays, you’ll explore Bwiti teachings just as Liam was taught in Africa. And, supported by our Retreat Mother, Evening, others working at Hacienda Noah and the group dynamic the transformative power of Iboga will be enhanced to deepen your journey, healing and self-discovery.

Our on-site chefs are dedicated to creating meals that are both delicious and nutritious, using locally sourced ingredients to craft balanced dishes. These meals are designed to satisfy your palate while also providing a gentle detox, supporting your overall well-being and enhancing your retreat experience.

Beach/Cenote Trip

Between ceremonies a trip to the warm tropical waters of the gulf beach, or a trip to the local Mayan cenote is available.

Airport Transport

Transportation to/from the Merída international airport is provided so that you do not need to worry about navigating taxis and directions.

7 Nights - 2 Iboga Ceremonies

Guest Suites: We have a variety of accommodations to choose from with a range of associated costs. If you want to have a private suite with a king size bed and a bath tub and shower we can offer you Casita 3 and at the other end of the spectrum we have a traditional Mayan style casita with bed or hammock and shared bathroom and shower. Our priority is making you feel comfortable, well cared for and right at home during your stay.
Meals: Enjoy nourishing, healthy meals prepared by our kitchen staff.
Fire Talks: Our ceremonies begin with intimate fire talks led by our Medicine Man, Liam and translated to Spanish and/or Chinese by our Ceremony Assistant, Chalo.
Iboga Ceremonies: The backbone of our program at Hacienda Noah are the Iboga ceremonies that take place on day 2 and day 5 of the retreat and follow the Bwiti tradition. A Fire talk, Bwiti music and of course Iboga are important elements of these ceremonies which we believe play a powerful role in the healing that happens. Ibogaine clinics are completely different from what you will experience at Hacienda Noah or from other Iboga providers who use the natural root bark as well as the traditions shared with us by the Bwiti.
Personalized Counseling: Receive personalized counseling from Liam during the ceremony, and Evening will help you integrate your iboga experience with your life back home so that you can continue making progress toward growth and healing long after you've left the jungle.
Spiritual Practices: Rejuvenate with a spiritual shower and enjoy our wide range of treatments and services that will enhance the overall healing of your mind, body and soul.
Facility: Guests at Hacienda Noah enjoy cooling off in our natural pools, or working out in our air conditioned gym, and then soak your sore muscles in our hot tub, or perhaps you prefer the challenge of a cold plunge. Spend some quiet time in the meditation room, do a morning stretch in the yoga center, light a candle in our chapel and spend some time connecting with loved ones living on the other side. For longer stays we can rom our traditional temazcal (Mayan Sauna or Sweat lodge), doing art therapy or sound healing in our brand new studio classrooms, the to spending time in our Art Studio or energy medicine, Breathwork, art therapy, sound healing, , soak sore muscles in our hot tub, invite loved ones living in the spirit world to spend time with loved ones on thfor a loved one chapel, temazcal, massage room, art center, music center, classroom, , cold plunge, healing herbal baths, lending library, lectures, to keep valuables,
Beach/Cenote Excursion: Midway through the retreat, there will be an excursion to either the white sand and warm, crystalline water of the Gulf beach or we will enjoy the mystery and the magic of a local cenote .
Seamless Transfers: Convenient airport pick-up, drop-off to our jungle retreat.
